Yearly Subscription – Terms & Conditions
We’re so pleased you’ve chosen to join our yearly subscription. To keep everything clear and simple, here’s how it works:

1. Subscription Length

  • Your subscription runs for 12 months.
  • Payments are made in 11 equal monthly instalments.

2. Payments

  • Payments are taken automatically each month on the agreed date.
  • Please make sure your payment details are kept up to date so there are no interruptions to your plan.

3. Cancelling Your Subscription

  • If you’d like to cancel, we just ask for 2 months’ notice in writing.
  • During this notice period, 2 monthly payments will still be due.
  • This helps us plan and make sure we can continue offering a smooth service for all our clients.

4. Refunds

Subscription payments are non-refundable, but you’ll always be able to use your treatments during your notice period.

5. Renewal

At the end of your 12 months, your plan can be renewed. We’ll be in touch to confirm if you’d like to continue.

6. Updates

From time to time, we may update these Terms & Conditions. If we do, we’ll always let you know in advance.
